Our kennels Our purpose-built kennel block has 16 spacious, fully central heated and air-conditioned kennels suitable for all breeds of dog, from Great Danes to Yorkshire Terriers. Each kennel has non-slip carpets and its own run, accessed via a hatch which can be left open or closed for your dog's comfort and depending on the weather and time of day. All runs are securely fenced in and roofed so your dog is completely safe. All dogs are fed two meals a day - breakfast at 8am and tea at 4.30pm. Special diets or your dog's favourite food can be catered for - please contact us to discuss your dog's requirements.
If you have more than one dog they can be kennelled together or separately according to your requirements. Dogs are welcome for both short and long-term stays. Owner Susan Bennett has over 35 years' experience handling and caring for dogs. The kennels are supervised 24 hours a day by fully qualified staff. All dogs staying at Abbey Boarding Kennels are covered by free PetPlan Insurance and a 24 hour vetinary service. Vaccinations are essential for all dogs staying with us. We also have two isolation kennels housed in a separate building.
